After reading all of this review I'm sure this is not an accident but a targeted decision to ruin certain woman's hair. After the horrible bleach, she started brushing it without washing it and I could see all of my hair falling out but she said "it's okay that's how is supposed to be" And I said, but I wanted brown, she did not listen, for months my hair didn't had a small, rejected all of the conditioners, and would fall in pieces.My hair took years and is still under treatment to grow back. This woman targets people intentionally for personal purposes, I had never done anything to her in my whole life, but her friend was my father's ex, and it seemed my only sin was to have been born. Hopefully one day this woman receives her Karma.
