One visit is all I needed to determine that Smartstyle is not a place I'd trust to cut my hair. I assume cutting men's hair is different than cutting women's hair, and the stylists here exemplify that. They tried, but I'm pretty sure I could have saved my money and cut my own hair in a similar fashion. read more

Well let me start off by saying that I came in for a haircut and the older woman said she could not cut my hair because she felt uncomfortable. I wanted was a undercut and a skin razor fade and then they ignored me from there on, even though I waited 25 minutes. They messed up my friends haircut and gave him a bull cut even though he asked for just the sides and a little off the top. We asked for a refund and they refused to give us one because " it's their policy" which is a bunch of horse shit considering the woman whose been cutting hair for 30 years messed up on it. They were rude and extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend. My only mistake was trusting a hair salon inside of a Walmart read more

I normally don't do Walmart hair salon's but we are traveling & I was in desperate need of a hair color. I totally lucked out. I got a Great stylist named Mercedes she was fast did a great job on my color I even was brave enough to have her give me a trim. She did a awesome job my bangs & entire cut turned out great!! Highly recommend her. Now for the salon itself it really needs some TLC a new coat of paint would really help the place looked pretty dirty. Prices weren't to bad . read more
