Everything has been great all the times I've used Smart Styles Bainbridge. Their manager remembers me to this day after years and years of me doing business here and she's always smiling and she makes me want to stay and keep spending time talking and laughing w/ her!!! I don't think it's just me, but I think she gets along w/ everyone like this. However, there is just one thing. My son (now 10) has had haircuts done here also, and I don't know who cuts his hair, but it's never been to my liking. His granny takes him here and I can always tell if she took him here when I see his gapped and/or uneven haircut. The one other place he gets his haircut also hasn't ever messed up my little boy's hair. Gosh, everything I've had done here @ Smart Styles always comes out looking so great and perfect like hair cuts, eyebrow-waxing, prices, so I really dislike giving it a 4 instead of a 5, but then I would not be giving a honest review. I always look at reviews to new products before purchasing them (and it takes at least an hour) and I wish I knew if they were being honest or not!!! You never know, but I assure you this one is not one of those. read more
