I had made a last min appt change from Tuesday and Thursday and they were very accommodating. Back to the point, my lash technician was Melanie and I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered! My lashes feel light, they aren't clumpy and are most def not droopy! Melanie made an hour and 45 mins go by Sooo quickly! Lashes can be pricey but I thought their regular price was actually adorable esp given the area. They run sales on lash service so go and try them out! We have been going to this location for a while and this last visit will be my last. While my hair turned out okay, (The manager did it) the older, white, blonde lady totally butchered my daughter's hair, the manager tried to fix it, but honestly, it was beyond help. The manager apologized but still tried to find excuses on why her stylist did such a horrendous job. My daughter cried the whole way home. She's so ashamed of her hair. Not only was I still charged for my daughters hair, but they also added on additional charges for my mothers hair that did NOT pertain to her hair, Her hair was above the shoulder and very thin, (she had her thyroid removed and its caused her a lot of hair loss and thinning) They charged for "extra thick" and "below the shoulder" length. For the first time ever, I did not tip. I will be looking for another hair salon.

I think Kayleigh was her name. She would be perfect for someone that is tender headed. She cut my hair and gave hints as to how to care for the style. Before adding the tip, the haircut was less than $20. I would come back here, but try a different stylist because she was too gentle with the shampoo.

The first appointment took 6 hours and the only reason it took THAT long was because my lady wanted to send me home with light brown hair when i went for blonde. after expressing i wanted it lighter she said "oh yes okay " and said my hair could for sure handle it. so i say in confusion as to why she didn't try that in the first place. now after my second appointment i still have orange hair and an empty bank account. my roots don't blend in with the blonde (orange hair) and the roots are 2 inches long. will not be coming back and i will not be recommending this to anyone.
