It's great having seating up & down stairs, but a lot of the time the upstairs is closed to customers. If you order something that needs making, they will bring your meal to you once it's ready. When I asked for a full refund he refused to talk to me and instructed his counter staff to tell me to Fxxx off. I secured my refund then enterred the kitchen via an open door to talk with him and explain the error of his ways........ and noticed that my returned meal was already being carefully unboxed - so perhaps someone else enjoyed it more than I were able? One to be avoided!
