He was so excited and bought himself 3 jackets.. a bag..a sweat pants..tattoo sleeves..scarf from the first floor.. and then when we went down to ground floor..we were going to pick some t-shirts and we of course.. need to open the folded tees to see the design.. and a male staff came up with an angry face , rolling his eyes and make a loud sigh..taking all the unfolded shirts away and fold it right back. If there's any shirt displayed and we still open.. he can prolly blame us.. but we cant just pick a size and pay before trying it on or looking at the prints.. he has to remember that us customers are the one paying for his wages... anyway... i hope he don't treat anyone the way he treated us... we just want to have a good time in milan for our honeymoon and if its not because my husband is crazy in love for ac milan.. we would walk out empty-handed. ..

I seems to be there after you complain and is clear about a 30 crash policy but not if you don't like them (similar to there shipping policy) they offered me a 20% discount like you think I will be a repeat customer and if you are smart I seriously consider other brands. "36.5" an Italian brand are the same price range and there comfort is what I expect when I pay $200plus. Sorry Assos you all need to step up your game

I left my pedals at our last rental in Tuscany. They supplied me pedals for no extra cost. Rode around the lake 100mi/160km. I arrived back at the shop 45 minutes after closing and they were still waiting for me, Grazie Mille. I expected to be charged for an additional day. I was wrong!! The bike cost me 20 euros for the day. Don't look any further for a great bike shop with exceptional service.
