That same Monday, I was quoted $75 for the labor. When I brought my laptop in to be repaired, and picked up the laptop, I was charged $150. $75 for labor and another $75 for them to diagnose the issue with the laptop and for them to detect any virus on my laptop, after I told them the issue with the laptop and that the laptop has never been attached to the internet. I will not be recommending them to anyone and I will further say that the owner is a ripoff artist.
