I felt irrated being there and I was not happy with the way that I was treated. As I was walking out, Olivia took the initiative and actually gave me a tour that was fully inclusive. She took the time to go over the memberships with me, which I appreciated. I probably still will not join because of my horrible experience with Melissa.
