My review is to address the quality of the service. I was sent an invitation by the company to use their services. I finally took them up on it for an initial deep clean. The couple who showed up didn't speak English. They dragged the living room sofa on natural hardwood flooring and left a 10" scrape, then the man wiped it with a wet cloth said OKAY ... well until it dried again and hello scrape! Left windows undone which I pointed out ... they were supposed to do baseboards, walls, doors, windows, refrigerator (I ended up doing that myself). Then the gentleman TOOK APART MY SECTIONAL COUCH AND REFUSED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. I didn't tell them to take it apart - they just did it. So, I told them I'd called their company so they snuck out when I was in another room and left it like that. I can't even give them 1 star. Can I do 1/2 of a star??? The real O M G moment is when I went into the bedroom and my bed was made with the topsheet ON TOP OF THE COMFORTER!! I mean ... WHO DOES THAT? Maybe they were new to cleaning, but that was mind boggling. I'd rather then do the work than do an origami flower with the toilet paper!!! Everything was a hit and a miss. The house is small and we are having trouble with silt flying up and getting in the A/C system - then black dust filters in and covers every bit of surface in the house that has A/C vents. I explained that to them and I explained it to the person who booked the appointment as well. Also told them I have dogs! Told the sales person that I had my own cleaning products, which I set out for them on the breakfast bar ... that is because so many cleaning products give me migraines. They used their own anyway. It has been an AWFUL experience. Now they are saying that their legal team will contact me because I told them what I thought of the job. I hope they do. I have the pictures. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY although I admit I was less than nice when I called them!!! I did apologize and I didn't yell at the two individuals who were here. I did tell them to put the sofa back together and then just go. I did tell them to make the bed properly ... which they did. I asked the manager to either come out herself or send a supervisor and I would show them what their employees didn't do and what they DID do, but badly. Well- your choice! Call them if you want a really awful experience! I wish I'd checked them out on YELP first ... I see SEVERAL 1 star reviews and comments about how sketchy they are. Next call will be to the BBB. I will say they haven't been paid yet ... I told the manager I have the money to pay them, but the job needs to be done right. It is like they go the the corner and pick up day laborers, give them products and send them out to work!! That is how absurdly incompetent they were! I have had prior dealing with this compamy and have conversn regarding their legitimacy. despite claims of having a dispatch service, it appears to operate with a single cell phone number responded by 3-4 different individuals. On December 23,2025, I utilized their services for a 3/2 bath home cleaning, specifically requesting a 10 am start time and the original cleaner. THIS did not happen. Below is how the convo went when trying to findout where the clearning empolyee is: 10:02am I sent a text stating "Good morning, do we have a new eta"? 10:06am Smart cleaning responding with "Good morning" 10:10am I sent a text stating "i'm waiting on a response" 10:20am I sent a text stating "ok she is finally here, It would be great if I get a heads up if we're running late. Thanks" 10:21am Smart Cleaning responded with "She is there" Very unprofessional. Cleaning lady started to clean during her cleaning Smart cleaning also sent 2 guys to clean my furniture. During this process I realized that my security camera was not align correctly. I go check the camera and it appears that the camera base is broken. The cleaning lady was cleaning that area, but in spanish she told the workers at first that she did not touch the camera. After replaying the footage to the other works, it shows that she dropped the camera on the floor, broke it and placed it back broke as if nothing happened. Only after the footage showed she broke it, did she say sorry for breaking the camera, After reviewing the whole recording, I sent it to a spanish friend of mine and he translated what they were saying. They arent smart to realize that everything they say is being record so it would be wise to talk crap about your customer once you leave their house not while inside. Smart Cleaning claimed to have insurance, yet they dont. 2 different people sent me 2 difference insurance names and non of them have Smart Cleaning as a customer. They claim that I would get a phone call from the insurance company and as of 1-7-2026 I havent received a call. I paid for a Deep cleaning inwhich includes a check list of things. What they did not do: 1. Did not sweep and mop under the furniture which is included in Deep Cleaning 2. Did not move the Frig and sweep and mop behind it which is included in Deep Cleaning 3. Did not clean the baseboards which is included in Deep Cleaning 4. Did not clean window sill which is included in Deep Cleaning 5. Did not clean windows which is included in Deep Cleaning 6. Did not clean light switches which is included in Deep Cleaning 7. Did not clean The front door Glass which is included in Deep Cleaning 8. Did not clean bathroom sills or window sills, which is included in Deep Cleaning 9. Did not wipe down the entertainment center in TV which is apart of Deep Cleaning 10. Sofa still had stains in it and was not clean. The cushion that had the stain, they just flipped it over so I wouldnt see it. I STRONGLY ADVISE ADVISE AGAINST ENGAGING IN BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I INTEND TO PURSUE ACTION IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE FLORIDA LABOR COMMISSIONER. read more

I hired the company to perform move-out cleaning and interior & exterior windows because we had tenants moving into the property. They performed the cleaning inside the house but Luis stated the cleaning crew couldn't perform the exterior cleaning. He stated he would return to clean the windows the next day. The next day he showed up and cleaned two windows and left the water running and hose extended. Ultimately, he just left and said he couldn't finish the job. We had to find another person to finish the job and pay more due to the time constraint. On top of this, he sent over an invoice asking for the full amount of the job. We told him that was unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL to which he stated he agreed via text. We told him he should bear the cost of us needing to pay extra to hire someone else due to his breach of the agreement. We told him that we would pay him $100 which is the service for the move-out cleaning minus the extra expense we incurred because he breached by not completing the job. On top of all of this, we expressed our dissatisfaction on Thumbtack (where we found this company) and he responded with the following review: ***************************************************************** Mister Michael we are not interested in people that don't pay its invoices on time like you; you took more than 3 days to pay the invoice that was sent several times and decided paying what you wanted paying after we offer a BIG discount taking the invoice down from 300$ to 200$ for only the second story windows pending to be done; so if I were you guys I would've hired another company to finish just that section or just wait a bit for us; both you and your wife are very intolerant and no sincere people; so to others companies we suggest to collect the money first since these people wouldn't pay in full; they decide what you work worth! The house was completed done when it comes to the interior cleaning actually I can showcase the photos before and after; first story windows were done the only thing we left were the windows on the second floor; we called and explained the situation; so we don't understand why you state we failed to complete the job when they are separated tasks; we cleaned your house completely; We never left the property without giving you an explanation; we are professional, and of course if had told us to come back to fix whatever it was we would've gone! So out of the 100% of the job the 95% was done and you decided to pay only 100$; please learn to give value to others job; We work very hard for our customers this is the first time we get a review like this; and we are very sad!
