I enrolled my child at Primrose on the strength of recommendations on a variety of websites, and…read morefrom friends. I was thrilled to have gotten him into the program, but that's about where the thrill ended. My son is still in the process of potty training- he has accidents from time to time which is normal for his age. I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue with the class he was entering, and that the teachers would help remind him to go. Instead of giving him a new pullup before or after nap, or even at any point in the day, my son sat in the same one I dropped him off in. I brought it to the attention of the director, who assured me it would be rectified in short order. Instead, on Friday my son came home with a rash all over his private parts and booty because they'd left him in a swim diaper FOR 8 HOURS. I contacted the director who told me we could move him to a lower class, and no real explanation as to why this issue was continuing. If it continues, I will be removing my child from the school. Edited to add update: Bailey actually responded really well with the situation. Most of my issues were resolved because of her swift action at fixing the problem.

I've meant to make time to leave Caddo Kids Academy a review for awhile, and I knew it needed to be…read morefrom my heart. So where to begin... Our faith and trust in someone looking after our kids the way we did was shattered by another local center prior to CKA. We contacted Caddo Kids Academy and explained the events that transpired and they opened up their hearts to our boys. We pick up our boys and they're singing. SINGING. Our car rides home are full of laughing, singing, and talking. This makes my heart so overwhelmingly happy. They communicate with us and there's transparency from the teachers and owners. The owners don't hide in an office, they're out with the kids in classrooms, in the lunchroom, on the playground. They're involved with the kids and teachers daily. We feel at such peace here. They have built up our trust and that's invaluable to us. Ms. Brooke, Ms. Tara, and Ms. Kelcy are so loved by our boys, all of their teachers are. So we are incredibly grateful for Caddo Kids Academy and we cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

My son has severe ADHD. Because of the fact that he was to young for medicine and his severe ADHD…read moreit was hard to find a daycare that could handle his issues. I left one because of the way they handled him and the fact that they wouldn't listen to me on how to handle him because according to them they had been in childcare for over 20 years and they knew best. But when he started crying every time I dropped him off and clinging to me because he did not want to go I moved him and his sister to another. At the other daycare he was labeled the bad kid and nothing he did was right and despite the cameras showing otherwise, they claimed he was a the problem and a danger to other children and sent him home at least twice a week and eventually kicked him out assuring me he would be able to come back in a few months. Everytime I brought up him coming back they would ignore my phone calls and emails and never return my messages. I am on state assistance for childcare and my daughter remained at the daycare but they kicked him out and never informed the State. I had an informed them the day he was kicked out but the facility never informed the State and continued collecting on full time child care for him for six months before the state figured it out, at that time they informed me he would never be allowed back in their facility. I pulled his sister out and started to look for another. I found Caddo Kids Academy. I called and made an appointment to tour the Center and was greeted by the Director. She gave me a tour we sat down and talked about the issues we had with other facilities and went over my sons previous issues. She informed me that they would never treat him like that, that there were other children with the same issues at the center and they had barely had any issues. They even had a teacher working there that had been at the first center my son had attended and had worked with him since he was 6 weeks old until I pulled him out. The teacher understood my sons quirks and helped ease the transition with his new teacher. Both kids started at the center part time and within a few weeks were full time. They love it, they love going there everyday, before and after school, on breaks. They get disappointed when they don't get to go or upset when they get picked up early. Caddo Kids Academy engage the children in various activities and keep them learning, entertained and happy. They are really good with communicating any problems and since my son has been attending the Center he has been happier and has had only one minor incident which was handled appropriately and has never been sent home. Both my daughter and my son love the Center and I recommend it when someone asks me. I want to thank them for everything that they do for him and his sister.

Never again will we trust a private school. We enrolled our four year old son here and prior to…read moreenrollment we let them know he didn't talk as great as others and was already in speech for it had already been tested for other issues and had only been told he had a speech delay. So we thought a private school you usually pay for better schooling than public school.. but boy were we wrong. So imagine you're a four year old boy trying to communicate and learn and the teacher constantly put him into the office over and over for "acting out" instead of a teacher being patient and helping him. The school decided to kick him out of prek.. First note home was he doesn't talk as well as others... (we already mentioned this from the get go) how does a school say on their website they help the whole child yet they turned away our son. Not only did that make us feel like complete failures as parents though we did everything we could to help him. They didn't even talk to us about options on how to help him it was lets just pack up his stuff and get rid of him without a second thought. And write another note on everything our son "can't do" How can someone call themselves a private school and say they help children and turn them away the next. No notice or anything. Nothing but negativity from this place.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with smiles and warm energy. Mrs. Kristy and Mrs. Lindsey at the front desk start our mornings off right with a cheerful "Good Morning!" that sets the tone for the day. Mrs. Natasha is incredibly soft-spoken, kind, and wonderfully communicative--her calm presence is so reassuring. We enrolled our son last school year, and he absolutely loves it. He runs into the building every morning full of excitement and comes home happy and full of stories. He gets to do fun projects during the school year, and now that he's in summer camp, he's going on awesome field trips that he truly enjoys. After having more than my fair share of bad experiences with childcare in the past--some of which left me with a bit of PTSD--I can confidently say that Children's Park has given me peace of mind. I know they're watching over my little guy, keeping him safe, and helping him grow into his best self. If you're looking for a daycare where your child is truly cared for and you can feel confident and comfortable every time you drop them off, Children's Park is the place to be.
