Walking into this store it is massive and wide open. They have the little jars of the flowers you can smell. Most of the menu is on a large tv screen. The staff member who helped me was very friendly and when I said I was looking for a particular oil, he took me to that section and I found it right away. $26 later and I am good to go, well at least for a while.

I came here with a family member, who was looking for some gel caps or oils to try to help with sleep. We were shown a menu of the different products they had, and a listing of how much thc (the psychoactive compound that gets you high) and cbd (non-psychoactive compound that won't get you high, but can help medically...talk to you doctor to see if this is right for you) that each product has. The staff here were very friendly, and there was a good selection of flowers, pre-rolled, and gel caps. The person I was with can't smoke due to a preexisting health condition, and unfortunately they didn't have any indica (more relaxing strain) gel cap or oils at the moment. The staff (owner maybe?) let us know when the next shipment was coming in. I didn't buy anything this time, but I was impressed with the selection, helpfulness of the staff, and how clean and organized everything is. I'll likely come back after payday. If you live in or are in Leduc and want to get some cannabis be sure to stop into Grassroots.

The staff were great, really helpful and knowledgeable. Great service and great selection. I found stuff here that I'd only heard about from people. We got a bunch of new edibles to try. Cannabis beer, pop, tea, gummies, mints and chocolates. I wasn't a fan of the beer but my husband liked it. My favourite was the blue raspberry gummies. So yummy and honestly had the best sleep I'd had in a long time.

It is a bit complicated to actually get into the parking lot of this location. It is north of the Capilano mall, in a strip mall that has confusing access. (I actually drove in a bit of a circle before I figured it out.) The best way to get here is to enter through the entrance to Starbucks, on either side of the street. However, the actual location is great. It's a bit small compared to other locations I have been to but, it was clean and uncluttered. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and were able to help me find everything I was looking for. As I started working in this area I will be back for more.
