This man is a crook! He is dishonest and unscrupulous. He will sell you a machine that claims works…read moreperfectly, but you get it home and there is no consistency from the machine. It works for about 30 seconds, which is the demonstration that you will get in the store, and then will booger the back and skip stitches. When I brought the machine back, I was told there were no returns after 30 days. He was arrogant and aggressive towards me and has no concept of customer service. I don't sew every day, but when I sew I want to sew without having to fight with a machine to sew correctly. Word to the wise, avoid this shop.

Over the phone, the man told her to come in and he would be able to take a look. The vacuum cleaner was already taken apart and ready to be tested when she arrived. As soon as she walked in the door holding this vacuum, from across the store the man immediately raised his voice with her and exclaimed that the vacuum is not worth his time to test it and to take it elsewhere. He was very upset with her for even bringing it in even though he told her over the phone to come in. NO situation would ever require an employee to immediately yell at an older lady who had just walked in the door. I don't know what this guys issue was, but regardless he could have just calmly let her know he was unable to help. When my mother told him she just wanted to utilize his motor tester to see what it says, he let her know that he will charge her a larger amount of money than it's worth and sarcastically urged her to give it to ebay to fix. All she wanted was to see if it was the motor that was the issue so she could buy a new one and repair it. This is incredibly unacceptable. DO NOT come here if you're planning on asking them to do their job which is fixing vacuums.
