Attorney Small was a court appointed lawyer for my daughter in a custody case. Mike seems to me to be a bit of a snob and a tad arrogant. Because of Mikey's horrible judgement and inability to properly and/or accurately access people, my daughter was placed in her mothers home for the majority time of the custody arrangement. During the time with her mother, children and youth were called on three separate occasions by the middle school and high school that my daughter attended. She ended up in a psychiatric hospital on suicide watch. I attribute this occurrence directly to this poor excuse for an attorney. It was is failure as my daughters lawyer to correctly access the situation resulting in my daughter being abused. Stay away from this dreadful person. read more
