I was a little worried to do a party so far from where I live, but I couldn't have been happier with their work. Jeannie, the owner, was so sweet and seemed to be very intent on making sure we didn't have to worry about anything. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family - A++

Everything is well taken care of and has a special charm. The owners are so friendly and helpful - they go above and beyond for their guests. The venue is also a great price, and has a convenient location (there are several hotels less than 5 minutes away). The beautiful fields behind the venue are perfect for photos as is the creek that runs next to the barn (if you are brave enough to dip your toes!). There is plenty of room at the venue including the lawns surrounding the barn which we used for lawn games. If you want an amazing venue for a great price in North Central PA - look no further!

My husband, for the first time in nearly two decades, decided he wanted to buy me flowers for my…read morebirthday on Monday. Sadly, Hometown, my preferred shop, was closed due to a medical emergency. So he went to another florist in town where he got the *WORST* bouquet of flowers I've ever seen IN MY LIFE. You should have seen my face today when I looked at our bank account and saw he spent $60. THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT THEM IN A VASE. He bought the flowers Monday and they're ALREADY DYING. In the nearly 15 years I've been using Carrie and Hometown Floral, I've never seen a bad bouquet and I've had arrangements last weeks. She has always used superior flowers, made arrangements within my budget that looked like they cost twice as much, and is an absolute delight to work with. I will shout from the rooftop that Hometown is THE florist to use in the greater Williamsport area.

The establishment sits on the edge of a residential area which further adds to its charm. This is a seriously local place in all the best ways and I almost feel bad about spilling the secret on Yelp. The bar area is cozy but nicely done. There is apparently an upstairs/private room though I did not check it out. Rosko's also features a nice outdoor patio area. There was live music outside when we visited but the volume and music style were a great match for the seating. My companion and I easily carried on a normal conversation while enjoying the tunes. The brewery is small but the beers were tasty. Their list of offerings isn't huge but had a decent and approachable mix of styles. I certainly enjoyed my flight and will visit again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Williamsport.
