Both of my computers were having serious problems; one where I actually watched as someone hacked my password. Then Dave found a Trogan file embedded that I never knew about. He sped up my computer which BELL took credit for at a huge cost, saving me a lot of money monthly canceling the additional BELL fees, and he added some programs I needed for writing my novel easier (which also saved me thousands in editing costs). Dave went above and beyond my expectations! I was amazed at his performance, abilities, and the little amount of time it took him to fix everything. He was personable, respectful, COVID-cautious, professional, and without a doubt the best company I have ever had for my computers within the past 25 years.
