I can't say much about the actual supermarket, except that it will indulge you with a lot of imported goods. But if we're talking about how well-stocked it is with all the things you need, then I'd say don't count on it.
However, what I really like more than the inside of this supermarket are SM's food kiosks and "Market Street". Their food kiosks have a lot of cheap vegan snacks (turon, maruya, kamote que, lumpiang sariwa, taho, kakanin, to name a few). Also, my favorite here are their fruit juices! You can get really good, pure freshly-squeezed orange juice (not cheap though), buko juice and other fruit juices, and one of their featured drinks here is their sugarcane juice. Aside from Binondo, this is the only place I know that sells sugarcane juice. It's too sweet for me though, so don't purchase this if you want something really refreshing and thirst-quenching (I suggest buko or mango shake for that).
Their Market Street are also small shelves that have a lot of good stuff--a good variety of Pinoy delicacies (try the dried green mango, malunggay cornick snacks, Cocoa Monster chocolate covered dried mango) and they have some local, inexpensive health stuff here, such as malunggay powder and flakes (to add to meals and green juices for extra nutrients), goji berries, and a variety of herbal teas.
Also, during its last renovation, they completely removed the big food court here and replaced it with a few selections of more upscale food kiosks. If you're vegan, there's nothing much to eat here except for Sbarro, that has a plain tomato spaghetti pasta, just ask them not to put cheese. read more
