Dr Patricelli entered the room examined me than sat and took his time explaining everything. to me, I mean this is someone who listens and really cares. I made my appointment for surgery and it was done yesterday. Again I can't tell you what a pleasant experience. Dr Patricelli came in to talk to me beforehand. Once again explained everything to me. Worst excruciating pain I ever had tried to call her numerous times after the procedure never got back to me. Had migraine headaches was supposed to be sedated, never was sedated just a horrible, horrible doctor! When I went to retrieve my doctor records, she stated that everything went well, and I was very pleased. Total fabrication and lie still hasn't won't return my phone calls or talk to me. !!

I was told I should let the doctor decide that. I have an autoimmune disease that attacks my moisture producing glands in my body. So even when I'm not sick I'm chronically dehydrated, but this hospital refused me any IV fluids which is medical malpractice. Just to be mean. Made me use a bathroom with no toilet paper even after I made them aware. Knowing I had diarrhea and after asking for a urine sample. Rude and no bedside manner. Also no medical expertise. Miss many medical issues they shouldn't. Do not recommend. If you don't like your job, get another one. Don't visit that on your patients.

I hurt my ankle by missing a step last week. I was convinced it was just a sprain, as I have a…read morehistory of those. However, this time I couldn't walk on it at all. A family member drove me here and a nurse came out with a wheelchair. I checked in at the front and a bit later I was wheeled to the X-ray room from the lobby. The technician very quickly ascertained that it was a fracture. I was then brought to a frigid room - I overheard the nurses chatting about how it was one of the two coldest rooms in the ER. They gave me pain meds and the doctor came in to let me know it was indeed a broken bone. The nurses came back to splint it. I was there for maybe 2.5-3 hours. The triage nurse especially was very nice, but all clinicians were super kind. The doc on duty was frazzled, but it was just him holding down the entire unit! Whew. I'd def recommend this ER based on my experience.

Dr. Warmuth burned my face horribly from a pixel laser at her "clinic" and left me with…read morehyperpigmentation that I am still dealing with almost 2 years later. Told me I had an "allergic reaction." Never did a patch test or anything. She wanted me to put vaseline and retinol on a fresh burn. I am reporting her to the board of dermatology. She cause me 2 years of pain and anguish. I feel permantely scarred and disfigured. Do not go to her for ANYTHING.
