Now they want me to pay for damages caused in there shop after already giving them $2500 more then what the repairs cost at any other shop! This shop screwed me over good! I brought the truck in for a lifter and camshaft fix, and came out with a leak in the exhaust manifold, one that was not there when I brought it in. My truck has always sounded great and even when I brought it in, it sounded the same way. Now I have to drive around with a loud noise coming from the engine that was never there before. Instead of the company doing the right thing and just fixing what they broke, they handed me a $220 bill to fix it instead. I got nothing but excuses from them of why it's not there fault as if I'm some idiot who doesn't know anything about vehicles. Carl was extremely rude when I called to explain what was happening and ultimately told me to bring it back up. Well today I got the call (three weeks later) that they took it apart and found nothing wrong no metal shavings or anything. I replied that's odd as I dropped the pan and have pictures of chunks of metal and shavings then he back peddled and said he himself didn't pull it apart and was stuttering trying to cover his lies. Best part was when he said he was doing me a favor and not charging me to take look at a product he built that failed. I took a gamble on a 250.00 marketplace transmission and have ZERO issues. So now I'm out a little over 2600.00 as tomorrow i get to go pick my junk he BUILT up. I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle.
