When I arrived, one person explained how to order at the counter and held a booth for me (I'd been there before but forgot how that works). Another person came by several times while I was eating to give me a straw, and then napkins, and then a to-go cup for my drink. Everyone checked on me to make sure I was enjoying my food. The customer service was like what you'd expect at a fine dining establishment. The restaurant was busy at 1:30 pm on a holiday Monday, but was never loud and never felt crowded. We hired BQ Soft Play for our son's 1st birthday last weekend and it was a hit! Since our venue in particular didn't have anything for the kids to play with, we thought soft play would be a good idea to have and we're so glad we hired BQ. From the beginning BQ was on top of communication and were able to accommodate insurance issues we ran into with our venue. They made it happen fast since we were on a time crunch. One of my biggest priorities was making sure they properly disinfect the equipment after each use and they reassured us that they do. My cousin even saw the workers wiping down the equipment after our party as they were packing up. The only small negative was that we had told BQ the colors for our son's birthday theme (blue and gray) but they ended up having green and pink and yellow mixed in and they asked us if we wanted balloons included with the jumphouse, which we said yes to but it wasn't there on the day of. Again, just a small negative that didn't impact the party but it would've been nice to have those requests complete. Although, having their service at the party was great. We plan to use BQ more in the future and have recommended them to our family and friends.
