The decor is unique and different. Many items hang from the ceiling, including what looks like scale models of WW2 B24, B25, WW2 fighter planes, plus, what looks like a Vietnam era helicopter. A back wall has the front of a cab-over Freightliner attached to it. The walls are covered with country artists, past and present, along with the TV series The Dukes of Hazzard, including the Confederate Flag, which may offend some people, its history good or bad. The place even has The Fonze's Office with a picture of All In The Family cast. Too much to see to list, and never had an issue with the staff, but we try to behave ourselves and respect other people's property.

The pictures attached to this review show you the difference between the wings Popeye's advertise and what they serve you IRL. The worst offender on their menu is their biscuit. It's so dry and hard that it might as well be a doorstop. I can't imagine anyone eating those. There is also a problem with items being out of stock, and you can't buy a big box of chicken at this location. I've never met a polite staff member at this location. They sound annoyed when you order, and they lack the incredible care and manners of Chick-fil-A or Cane's. They are an amateur team that shouldn't be running a restaurant that serves our community. The last issue to raise is the price. It is expensive beyond what it should be for low-quality food and rude service. With so many chicken options in St. Cloud, I can't imagine one reason to go back to Popeye's.
