Not only did he fail to show up when he said he would, but he did not communicate any change of plans. Furthermore, he has not responded to multiple text messages from me. I would have given a five-star rating, but unless there is a good explanation, I'm thinking two or three.

I try to call him with the response alway's being I can't talk right now I'll call u back. Does he? Hell no! And he told me being late and getting no call is a big deal. Really? No big deal huh? He hangs up on me and than he want's to charge for painting the old door to match the new one. Really? The door u don't want to paint is 15 yrs old. I wish i can give this place a 0. So bottom line is the new door is going back and I have to hope these people can do shit right with the next 1. The worker's wanted to wing it and try and measure shit up with the door instead of just doing shit the right way. ‍ Here r pic's of his guy's

The caulking job turned out very sloppy and messy -- he was very unprofessional and defensive when we contacted him about it. He flat out dismissed our concern and didn't even bother to understand the issues. HORRIBLE customer service. Can't recommend him. Update: when he came out initially he was supposed to fix a folding door that came off its rail as well but it was never fully repaired, he obviously did a poor job because it broke again recently. His workmanship is extremely poor.
