And if there was any reason extra needed, the staff are all incredibly bright and personable. They seem to get along really well and communicate about how to keep everything moving. For basic beer fans, the Kato Lager is a good choice. We also like the Cross Czech Pils (seasonal), Rhuby Sour and Organ Grinder. Mankato Brewery is also community-minded and have limited-run brews that benefit local nonprofits as well as host events that give back. Their outdoor space is dog-friendly and occasionally has food trucks. Even though they don't serve their own food, patrons can bring their own or order in.
