We bought one plus extra filters and spent over $100 for one mask for my husband who is a doctor and needs to wear a mask all day while seeing patients. We were disappointed when he discovered that it did not fit his somewhat large face. We contacted the company for a return/refund and were told that "due to COVID we are not able to accept refunds." Here is my response: May I please speak with your manager, or the owner of the company? What you are offering is not good customer service. We purchased this mask with the understand that it would fit my husband. There was nothing on your website that warned us that your mask was not "one size fits all". Your claim that your company cannot "take returns or give refunds due to Covid-19" is specious. There is absolutely no COVID-19 infection risk at all to your employees if we return this mask to you. I am confident that your company is making record sales due to the pandemic, so you can well afford to refund the money we wasted purchasing your product. If you don't want us to ship it back to you, then that is entirely up to you. Your inability to resell this product or make a profit from this sale, is not our problem. Satisfying customers and the cost this entails should be part of your business model. The product we purchased from you did not perform as advertised - because it does not fit my husband. Therefore your company owes us a refund. Simple. Good Business 101. If we do not receive a full refund we will use social media to warn your potential customers not to do business with you. I never received my envomask, I'm sure it was stolen but I made them aware of this. They said they'd file a claim with UPS and it'll take 8 days at most. I messaged them 2 weeks later:radio silence. I called them 3x, emailed them 3x:radio silence. Then finally I got a message, almost exactly the same as the first, saying they filed a claim and it'll take 12 days (this was probably a month after they told me they would file a claim with Ups the first time). I'm a nurse working in an ED who was looking for this mask as PPE protection. Then they finally responded 5 weeks later saying they can't do anything if the package was stolen, but they can offer me 20% off of a new order, essentially slapping me in the face and making me pay 180% for masks I ordered. No thanks, I told them I'd file a claim for a refund from my CC, and soon afterwards i would get immediate email responses and calls. Of course I couldn't pick up the call because I was busy at work saving lives, they didn't pick up my phone calls when I called them a multitude of times, why should I answer them now since I told them I am going to get a refund from my CC considering the customer service rep was absolutely useless in doing her job? They have 6 DME providers listed on http://www.sleepnetmasks.com as their "Where to buy" locations. If your buying the Ascend you will find that only one of those providers sells the Ascend FFM--1800CPAP.com (Mason Ohio). 1800cpap.com is not a member of the Better Business Bureau and has an F grade and numerous complaints on file with the BBB-some not solved. Free Shipping with 1800CPAP.com means your supplies go from UPS to the USPS and finally to your address. They don't tell you this. My supplies sat at the USPS office on Mendell in San Francisco at 4am Friday and I was told it is a non public location. AT 6pm the USPS made an attempt to delivery my supplies to my address--my work address with normal business hours of 8-5. No one else carries the Sleep Net Ascend which is a red flag. 1800cpap.com is a mess and they are the only seller for the Sleep Net Ascend mask.
