We went on Labor Day and had the pleasure of meeting Liz's mother. I had read about Liz on Yelp and…read moreshe and her husband are the owners. Her mom was there to give them a break for the holiday. Loved that. I wanted a bed with a box spring because the bed I had ordered required one. I also wanted a flippable mattress and they are almost impossible to find. It was just the nicest experience. I will add pictures when I get the set. It was an easy transaction and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Wish more businesses operated this way.

From the start the mattress we received did not at all feel like the ones in the store ! We went ahead and moved up and got their mattress that's almost the hardest they sell. Paid for it anyway and then when it got here it is NOT at all what was in the store ! They even sent two men over to test it. I was told I was a " princess and the Pea"! I believe this was either not the same mattress or used. Also their box spring did not fit, and I was told it must be my "floor" must be uneven and it was my "bed". Tho after I had to purchase a different boxspring it fit just fine. I've had to put two Bunky boards in between the box springs and the bed just to get it to hold up in the middle for both my husband and I it is a king bed. Hands-down worst purchase I have ever in my life made. I've waited months and prayed about this post. I would just hate to see anybody else make a mistake and trust these people. Very very disappointed!!

Thankfully they've already processed my refund so I'm not double charged. We truly appreciate the wonderful help and service.

This business is actually called No Bull Mattress so not sure why on here they are listed as…read moreWholesale Mattress Warehouse? I have a problem with bait and switch tactics. They spam all of FB Marketplace with their "no bull" ads, touting no false advertising, no slick sales gimmicks, etc.. When I reached out to Mike it was in response to an ad for a basic King starting at 199 he responded by telling me the best price he could give me was $580. How is that even close to $199?????? There's nothing I hate more than false advertising and bait and switch tactics. NOT a good way to do business with me. I will NEVER purchase from this place - it's apparently run by a used car salesman.

I wrote a review 5 years ago when we bought our first mattress through Charleston Bedding Mattress…read moreon Wappoo Road. Under new owners Gina and Davis I have purchased 4 other mattresses and I have always been extremely pleased with the quality ,value and especially the customer service. Just recently, due to my physical handicap, I needed a more accommodating bed frame and mattress to meet my current needs and returned to CBM because of my previous positive purchases. To say that they were helpful is an understatement. After we settled on mattresses and adjustable frames we received a call from Gina a few days later saying that a sales representative had just come to their store and showed them a frame that would further assist me with my physical needs. This frame added a high low option as well as a trendelenburg option to the adjustable frame we just purchased. I had been researching " hospital " beds and for a twin king with the above options and it was over 13, 000 dollars . Gina said she didn't want to sell me anything until they ordered it , set it up in the store. And checked it all out.Well, it was the perfect choice as well as saving me a ton of money. Davis delivered it to the house and since it was a first time experience it took about 2 hrs to assemble and show us how all worked. He even contacted me a few days later to see how we were doing with the bed.SO... check this store out BEFORE you go online or visit another store! Also , if you are looking for a hospital bed that doesn't look like one, visit their store and check out the features I mentioned above. You will be very pleased you did! Stephen Shackel
