Honestly, I am not exaggerating and I don't know any of them personally, I am only sharing my experience and I will refer everyone I know to go there! The delivery was exceptional and was delivered the very next day!!! The guys were super nice and very careful loading it in my home! We may not all always have the same experience, BUT PLEASE DONT GO BY ONE OR 2 negative reviews. Or YOU will be the one who will have regrets! Their prices were the BEST! After searching ONLINE & OTHER LOCAL stores. I cannot say enough good about the place & the employees!! And the quality of the furniture I got. What a tremendous blessing! That all changed the moment I walked into Louis Mohana and met Laddie. Laddie is absolutely first class. From the start, he focused on me--how I would be using the furniture, the layout of my home, and how to create comfortable, functional spaces that reflect my style. It was never just about making a sale for him; it was about helping me turn my house into a home. Because of that, I ended up buying as much furniture as I could from Louis Mohana--and I'll be calling Laddie before going anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend anyone in the market for quality furniture and top-tier service do the same. Thanks again, Laddie. You made this experience easy and enjoyable.

I offered to pay for the gift wrapping, and they still would not wrap it. It should be said when ordering online there is an option to have the items wrapped. It should also be noted the entire store is having a 20% off sale at the moment. Does that mean they won't wrap anything you buy? I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store in the past. I bought my big green egg here that was over $1500 and also bought hundreds of dollars in accessories for my egg as well. This may seem trivial, but nobody cares about customer service anymore. They certainly don't at Outside & In! They have lost a customer today.

I have purchased multiple items from Ashley furniture in Houma LA and each time it has been a…read moredisappointing experience. I purchased a sofa about a year ago and they insisted I buy the extended warranty. The 1st one they delivered had a piece of the arm missing. The 2nd one had dry rotted fabric that kept tearing. When I contacted the warranty company they refused any service. I went into the Houma store to see about a refund on the warranty or another sofa and the 1st manager Mr. Darcy said he would give me the one in their breakroom. It was saggy, faded, and dirty. The other manager Courtney said she would get me a replacement sofa for my defective one. Week after week passed and every time I checked in with her she would make excuses. The last time I went into the store this 400 pound lady sitting behind the sales desk scarfing down a bag of chips lied to me and said Courtney wasn't there but just a few minutes later Courtney called me saying she was in the store and would "check" on the replacement again. Again it was a lie. I am buying a new home with a $10,000 budget for furniture and I will not be going back to Ashley nor will I buy any Ashley product from other furniture stores. They just lost a customer for life.

I have had nothing but issues starting back in July of 2020..here it is almost a year later and they are still pissing me off. Take a vacation day to be home to get my not even a year old sofa repaired. Called Ashley myself to verify the date they would come. They tell me June 9th.. The service man just called to verify him coming on June 8th...its a shit show I will never in my life ever do any business with this corn hole company.

The place is a run of the mill bargain place and though the furniture looks nice enough, the quality isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Many of the couches were "all-in-one", meaning that the cushions are all attached to the base. Seating that looked comfortable was unbearable and much of the stuff looked the same. The did have this really strange semi 80's want to be modern or of Italian design but looks like a cheap knock off.....horrible. The staff was nice enough, but knew that i was looking only and disappeared immediately. I won't be going back, BUT if I was on a tight budget or a new home dweller, the prices are cheap and there is something for everyone. It's not a bad store....just not my style (only two things caught my eye)

AVOID! Horrible service practices!…read more Purchased a chair from this location on 6/17/2023. It was a very painless transaction, we paid in full and was told that the delivery would take 12-16 weeks; so, we were pleasantly surprised when we learned that we were receiving the chair on week 9. That is where the positive experience ended. The chair was delivered broken, on a Friday, when their service department is closed. I called and left a detailed message, but did not receive a call back on Monday - when the department reopened. I called on Tuesday and was told that I would receive a call the following week to set up a service date. I had not received a call by the following Wednesday, so I called back. I was told that the service guy was on the delivery truck this week and would not be available to service until next week. So here I am at week 3 of having a broken chair and no date set for a repair. I would have preferred to have the chair delivered at week 12 in working condition, over a delivery of a broken chair that is just taking room up in my living room for 3 weeks, at week 9.
