Heading into the weekend, we had a bit of a crisis at our place. Our downstairs toilet was leaking…read moreout the base, and combined with other symptoms pointed to a full or clogged septic tank. My wife called KG & T and, no sooner had I cleared the last of the dirt from the hatch then they arrived. The whole process was very smooth, courteous and efficient. Our property is very unconventional, and not easy to find unless you already know where it is. Our tank had clogged, but they got us back on track in less than 30 minutes and were also very thorough in testing that there was unblocked flow to the tank before calling the job finished. It definitely wasn't something I wanted to do, but I couldn't be more pleased with KG & T's speed and efficiency. I'm hoping it's going to be at least another 5 years before we have to make that call again, but when the time comes, I know who I'm calling.

KGT's service has been absolutely incredible from the start. KGT's professionalism stands out in their industry - their communication from both their office administrators and their service techs has been excellent, their toilets are much newer and cleaner than their competition, and you could set a watch by their weekly service. We couldn't be happier with their service and the increased value associated with their slightly higher monthly fees.

Very friendly service--we'll definitely be having our stuff shipped there again. The only thing is that it's a little difficult to find while they're working on the sign situation--if you're coming down from Canada, Sunrise Road is on the left about 800 metres after U.S. 2 (the Exxon station), and it's the first building on the right (Circle B Trailers).
