While I was waiting, an irate customer came in complaining about a "new" stain on a garment she'd picked up. The staff calmly pulled up the drop-off video and showed that the stain had actually been there when she brought the item in -- and both the customer and staff had discussed it at the time. The manager handled the situation with incredible patience and professionalism. She genuinely tried to make it right for her, even though they clearly couldn't take responsibility for a pre-existing stain that had already been pointed out. That level of transparency (showing the video) and calm, fair handling impressed me a lot. It reminded me of my own experiences here: whenever I've dropped off items with obvious stains, the team always points them out upfront. They explain that they'll do their best to remove them but can't guarantee results on set-in stains. They have a dedicated stain expert who consistently does a fantastic job on the things that can be treated. This place is truly great. The staff is helpful, honest, and skilled at what they do. If something can't be fixed, it's not for lack of effort , it's just the reality of certain stains. I've had consistently good results with my own clothes, and seeing how they handled a difficult customer only increased my trust in them. Highly recommend! I

Note: there is a parking lot - there are not too many spots, but there's an area in front of the store where you could likely pull up temporarily as well. I dropped by around 2PM on a Monday and was warmly greeted by the owner. She helped mark where the cushions had stains/discoloration (there were quite a few spots) and gave me a receipt for pickup. In total the cost came out to $82, which was pretty reasonable! They accept many payment forms - credit card (no service charge), Zelle, Venmo. On Thursday, I received a call that my items were ready so I quickly paid and picked them up. Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of service I received here and would highly recommend. I will definitely be back with any future dry cleaning needs!

First of all, I took a brand new White Goose Down comforter which is worth $200 for dry cleaning. Left there for a week and came back with a completely WET comforter with terrible smell! I told the owner that the White Goose down should NEVER touch water and they ruined my comforter completely. I brought up compensation and the owner told me to come back next week after he spoke to the outsourced cleaning company. I came back today and the owner explained that was dry cleaning detergent caused it was wet and it has been fixed now. That is a total LIE! I can clearly see signs of water mark and the filling is completely different. They even removed some stitches, which I highly doubt that they tried to cover up with other fillings. So I requested compensation again. He refused and said just sue them and I will never win. This is outrageous! Then I asked him at least to refund the dry cleaning fee which is $40. He refused again and said that was unfortunate for him either. This is an unprofessional company with no trust at all. They don't care about their customers and they won't take any responsibilities for damage your personal property. DO NOT COME HERE.

As a result, my sweaters shrank to the size of an 8-year-old's, and the fur on my Canada Goose coat got shrank and damaged from the wet and dry process. When I returned the items, they offered to enlarge my sweater back to its original size, but it didn't work, and the coat's fur collar was further damaged. I found out they outsource the cleaning to a third party, which doesn't seem to properly care for the items, with no quality control. For many years of using dry cleaners, this has never happened--no one would ever water-wash cashmere or down coats. I won't be coming back to this store. I don't recommend this store to any family and friends!
