She was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive throughout our interaction. Her tone made me feel as though she was trying to belittle me or make me feel stupid for asking questions. While I was still speaking, she repeatedly interrupted me by saying, "Okay, good night, good night," clearly trying to end the conversation instead of listening or helping. Senior pictures are an important milestone, and customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Demaris's behavior was completely unprofessional and overshadowed what should have been a positive experience for my son and me. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated at the front desk. This is for the Moreno Valley location and since they didn't have a page for that location I figured I would post it here.

We didn't even realize content creation was included in our package. Before the wedding, I honestly would have said we didn't need a content creator since we already had videography. She also fit in so well with the Melissa Fe Chapman Photography photo and video team, and the entire team had such great energy throughout the day and just all worked together so seamlessly!
