I was disgusted at the way I was spoken to when a problem arose. Having not used up all of my lessons and given 48 hours worth of notice, she refused to give me a full refund, instead settling on half of the agreed price. Not only this, but in resolving the dispute, I was shouted at and intimidated. Whilst the instruction is satisfactory, I would not recommend this school on the basis of customer service.
