Front desk mentioned a deposit was needed and I was happy to pay that, but then she said that I might as well pay the full amount while I'm there. So I paid the full amount for the service. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.

I had been going to a tattoo removal specialist in Hermosa Beach and my tattoo was very slowly fading. I had easily done over 10 laser sessions. The tattoo was probably 75% gone/faded. After 2 sessions with Alyssa my tattoo is almost completely removed! The place I was going to before had not been turning the machine up high enough. Although it was painless, I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours driving to appointments for very minimal results. I still have a credit at the other place that I will not be using it.
