Showed up at the date/time but was told they did not have it in their system. They seem to be really booked up, so make sure you get a confirmation text, and can prove you scheduled for that time. After about a week longer, I was able to get an appointment and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and organized. The esthetician explained the process and asked me questions about my skin, and if I get claustrophobic, which I do. Because of that, she switched up what she was going to do. Apparently one of the treatments is a jelly-like mask that covers your whole face and some people experience anxiety as a result. So, she did something else. I felt glowy and relaxed when I left. They do try to upsell every client, which I'm not a fan of, but they were not super pushy about it. I would go back again.
