I hate going out of the house with a bare face because I struggle with cystic acne on an (almost)…read moredaily basis. However, I bit the bullet and booked myself a facial with Laura, anyways. I'm so glad I did! The environment in Laura's space is super calming (lemongrass essential oils...mmm, dimly lit, and the comfiest bed ever to lay on-I could have easily fallen asleep). Laura never made me feel judged for my acneic skin and curated the facial, right then and there, to fit my needs. My skin was seriously glowing, after! At the end of my facial, she even gifted me a sample of a Vitamin-C serum that she had on hand, to help with my hyperpigmentation. Laura has such a grounding personality about her-kind, genuine, and non-judgmental...all of the things I would want from an esthetician when being in a vulnerable state (barefaced). Oh! And, I must mention-I have gone back to her multiple times for waxing and I can't say enough great things about the experience! Normally, when I get waxed, my skin is red and irritated for the remainder of the day, afterward. Not with Laura-I was able to return to work within the hour of leaving my appointment with no trace of redness or irritation. Incredible. If you are on the fence about treating yourself because you have anxiety like me (about having sensitive skin), don't be. Laura is amazing and will leave you feeling rejuvenated, post-visit. Take an hour out of your day and treat yourself. :) You deserve it!

I had to wait several days to get one short reply back. One night I stayed up all night trying to reserve her. She wanted me to fill out a bridal form first and I honestly couldn't locate it on the site she had sent to me. When I sent her a message letting her know I couldn't find the form and if we could talk on the phone instead so we can resolve the issue I was having. Instead of kindly helping me out, she called me a "scammer" and blocked me. I cried because I'm close to my wedding time and I had been chasing this hairstylist for a while now. And she really hurt my feelings by called me something I'm not. Please see her message for proof. And don't go to her for ur wedding hair, she's not a good hearted person, she's not professional! She's snotty, and extremely rude. She's also very slow at responding to you & if you ask her for her number she ignores you. I couldn't even reply back to her because she just blocked me all cuz I couldn't find her bridal stupid form. Why couldn't she just email it to me? She said I'm scamming her but I filled out some sort of form to reserve her because I received an email letting me know gala will get back to me. Anyway after she blocked me from her Instagram, she also cancelled me. See proof below.
