I got the one month package ( a bit pricey) than what I'm used to but the place was very clean and inside the tanning room it self was also very clean and had cute little products you can use before and after tanning. I'm excited to see my results as I'm someone who don't get much outside time to go to a pool or beach do to work so this will definitely help. Leah was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional during the entire process. She assisted me with figuring out how much time we needed for each bridesmaid, and everything was timed perfectly. The day went so smoothly, and I was able to unwind and have fun with Leah, her assistant, and the gals. I had decided on an updo because the back of my dress was so ornate, and I was nervous because I typically don't like the way I look with an updo. Everything changed when Leah crafted my updo. She gave me the most beautiful, romantic, and timeless updo for my wedding day - I loved it, my husband loved it, and I felt gorgeous on my wedding day all thanks to Leah. I have also gotten a lob haircut by Leah - and it was amazing. I live in Washington, DC and have gone to some fancy salons in search of a great cut. When I visit the Hudson Valley once or twice a year, I prefer to go to Xo Salon to see Leah because she is that good - a talented artist with truly creative instincts. Book in advance though, Leah books up months and months in advance. Leah is a master - the best hairstylist in the Hudson Valley!

The second time I came for a haircut which is listed on her website at $40. I asked if she could use purple shampoo because I'm a blonde and she said no- she needed it for other clients. She charged me $55 for the haircut. A little communication can go a long way and due to her poor people skills I will not see her again. We didn't "discuss" anything about my hair color I asked for foil highlights she did a balayage no foil. There was no consultation she just started doing what she wanted. My hair is one inch past my shoulders, if you want to charge me extra because it's "so long and thick" that's no problem but you should definitely inform your client before the service that you are charging them so much extra.
