The stylist I was reassigned to was not Master-level, and there appeared to be an unusually high turnover rate overall. Due to the inconsistency and decline in service, I made the decision to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, my membership was not properly terminated, and I was charged again. When I contacted the PV location regarding the billing error, they refused to refund the charge. This was extremely disappointing. Had the situation been handled professionally with a refund, I would have considered returning in the future or referring others. Instead, the lack of accountability and poor customer service -- particularly at the PV location -- has ensured that I will not return and will give a negative review everywhere I can. I was told I would NOT be getting a refund and could talk to nobody else about my experience at PV or Desert Ridge.

I got there and the representatives said I had nail polish not gel, which should not have mattered as I had been extremely careful with my nails. I was made to feel like l had done something wrong. Really, how much would it have cost to repaint my nails? I wasn't asking for anything else than a quick retouch. I was expressly told they could not guarantee nails for even 2 days. Eventually they said they would repaint, but I didn't end up staying. They really weren't nice and tried to make me out as a bad person for even asking. Pricing was a bit more than most. One would think that with the amount I spent that day on two mani/pedis and waxing that they wouldn't want to lose my business and potentially others in my family and friend circle that had gone there. I ended up buying drug store polish and painting my nails myself. I was not careful with them after I painted them and the polish lasted two weeks. Beware!
