What a horrible experience! Our apartment got ROBED on the first day of skiing. Booked a an apartment through Ski-France for me and my family and traveled all the way from Canada to ski in Meribel ski resort. When coming back after first day of skiing we find out that our apartment got robed. All of our cash got cleaned out of our wallets in our apartment. We called the police and instead of coming to inspect they told us to go to the police office in the morning and write a report. Seriously? Then we go to the check in office and after ignoring us for 10 minutes managers started throwing the hands around and saying that there is nothing they can do. We insisted at least to refund us money because they did not even provide us with the safe in the apartment. They said they will not do that and there is nothing they can do. After calling to Ski-France and explaining the situation we insisted to refund our ski passes for 2 days wasted for my family and at least 50% of our accommodation cost to cover stolen money! All they did is they offered a refund of 10% of the accommodation and that is all they can do after we booked a hotel through them with no safety measures, got robed for 2300 Euros and wasted 2 days of skiing after traveling half way across the world. Do yourself a favor and book through different, more organized and secured agency who will actually take care of your and your family`s safety while you enjoy your vacation and do not have to worry about getting robed. read more
