There were a few issues with the floor but the worst one was he provided a receipt that he had replaced the chimney cap (see below) and about 5 weeks after settlement it rained and I had water pouring in from where the chimney goes into the basement in the house . I had contractors at the house replacing the flooring and they were able to take a look and they went on the roof and said there was no chimney cap at all so the water was just pouring in on the floor. I called and spoke to Frank and he said that was not what the agent had told him to do but he had provided a receipt that he had done it. Luckily the contractors I had on site were more honest and thorough and put a cap on for me and repatched but it cost me an additional $650 for them to clean it out fix what had been done. $650 which I wasn't expecting since it had "already been taken care of". Also was disappointed I called hoping he would honor his work and he didn't want to hear it.

Their 'finishing skills" were deplorable. They did not return the gravel under the deck or even smooth out the surface . It is now just a dump of dirt that turns to mud when it rains. They did not plug the holes in the wood supports and sand smooth before painting. (Painting 101, anyone?). I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I hired Brice to do a remodel on my home in march 2020. He gave me a contract which I later found had a false license on it. He torn out things in my home that he shouldn't have. He broke a bunch of items in my home, including shelves, a toilet he clogged with paper towels, my steps, a curtain support, doorways, materials, he did something with my lights and now some of my outlets and lights don't work. The floor he installed has soft spots and isn't completed. I bought doors based on his instructions and some don't fit, other's are backwards and he chopped them up horribly. He kept asking for more money and i paid him over $12,000 which is twice the amount he quoted. He did not finish and what he did work on ranges from unacceptable to horrible. He then stopped showing up, workers would tell me he isn't paying them, which I assume is why they kept changing. They also told me there were multiple projects where they were having to fix things that he had done wrong. He supposedly threatened one worker because I was going to get a quote from him to see what it would take to finish. He regularly carried a gun to my home which makes me feel very unsafe making this complaint. I also found a drug bag in my home and he said he fired the individual responsible. I would say the job is about 40% done and requires rework. He gave me a 2k check refund, which was the min I required to not have to deal with him anymore. Now I found that he filed a false claim of fraud on that check to get it back. I have read multiple cases online where he has done the same thing to other people and has threatened people. He is a con man and is taking advantage of people.
