Hello and i hope you read this last night i went to sizzler in manteca and had the worst service i have evered experienced anywhere not to metion watching a sizzler bus boy spit in his water ring out his rag and cleaned 5 tables i brought it up with my server and she spoke with the bus boy but he said who cares and than i spoke with the manager to after that no ever came back to clean those tables agin sat more customers down at them one couple had a young child that put his mouth on the table after that the bus boy walked by my table with a smile on his face agin spoke with the manager and he told me he talked to his employee and the employee said what was wrong with spiting in his water and washing tables if i were you i wouldnt go there that is disgusting and gross that is a health hazard and also you don't know if he had any sickness or anything I will not be going back to the Manteca Sizzler and if you read this you shouldn't either because the workers still works there and he thinks it's okay to do that so I hope you read this and now you have some knowledge Thank you read more

We met with my sister and brother in law this evening at Sizzler for steak dinner. Chance for the girls to catch up and for the guys to watch the Patriots/Chiefs playoff game. I knew that my favorite server Taylor was away at college so I was stuck with a new server. I hit the jackpot with Marcos. Marcos made sure that we wanted for nothing. My gauge of service at Sizzler is how well the server keeps me in cheese bread. Marcos didn't disappoint. Not only that, all of our food came out perfect as usual. This sizzler location is so much better than any other Sizzler I've been to. But, the main reason for such a glowing review is that we stayed at our table long after finishing dinner. the wait was non-existent! we got our ordered taken by Marcos who was very patient and helped explained the way everything worked out since it was our first time. i ordered a ribeye, the wife ordered salad bar. my steak was tender, juicy and marbled and by far exceeded my expectations. the salad bar looked clean and food was kept fresh. i loved how they mixed the salads! our server Larissa was very attentive and knew exactly what we needed before we even ask. our drinks were never empty, she took away the plates as soon as we were done so the table wasn't cluttered one bit, and plenty of napkins were provided. she was by far one of the best waitresses i've ever had the pleasure of being served by. she made our visit very enjoyable and i can definitely say we will be back! We can't say enough about the excellent service given to us while dining at this clean, and just plain wonderful restaurant, Our waitress Fabiola was fantastic and attended to our every need. The acting manager, Derek was very friendly and genuinely interested in our complete satisfaction. The restaurant is immaculate with wonderful 80's music at just the right sound level. The food was terrific (I had steak and lobster) and my son-in-law Dan loved the extremely appealing salad bar offerings. Daughter Debbie also enjoyed a scrumptious steak. I have been going to this location since it opened. In my opinion this is one of the best Sizzler locations. The service is always top notch and they are always quick and generous with the cheese bread (my favorite). I must admit that I was concerned when my favorite server went away to college but I now make sure that I am seated in Allie's section and she always takes great care of my group. She works hard to make sure that all of our needs are taken care of. As to the food quality, there are no complaints here either. My steak is always cooked properly and the food has always been delivered hot and fresh. This location is heads and shoulders above most of their other locations. read more

Chay was an excellent Server today. I think she was the only Server working while we dined - from our observation- and she excelled at taking care of all the diners. She was prompt with her service, had a beautiful smile, and was accurate. She also actually came by to check on us at least 2 more times after we were seated and she had served drinks and the best cheesy toast (do you think she made it? Perhaps she's one of Santa's Elves? My experience at Sizzler was a new one for me. Coming from Asia, the way of buffet here is different but interesting. I tried the steak, cooked just as I asked, and it was flavorful. The salad bar had many options, some familiar, some new. The restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere, with space for both quiet meals and family gatherings. Employees were polite and quick to help. Though some dishes were not what I'm used to in my homeland, the variety offered was a pleasant surprise. For the experience and the taste, I give Sizzler four stars. After a long day of Little League baseball at Big League Dreams in Manteca, both players and parents were tired and hungry. David Chavez helped to make the experience even better. He helped set up two large tables next to each other, one for the players and one for the parents, not a simple feat in a busy restaurant on a Saturday night. The food was good and cooked to perfection. The vegetables were fresh and the expanded salad bar was great. The servers were very interactive with the players and made this a very enjoyable experience. We will be back and often. read more

We were helped at the register by a young lady named Alicia, she was very nice and kept our party laughing, very warm attitude and made sure we were all aware of the different menu options, our server was chloe and she was awesome too, she made sure to check up on us and made us feel very welcome. I'm back at this beautiful Sizzler restaurant in Manteca for a late lunch. Oh my, they started up their outdoor BBQ. I ordered the Mesquite Wood Smoked Tri-Tip. Amazingly over the top best Tri-Tip ever. They say it's Certified Angus Beef Tri Tip and it begins with starting with the best in quality. Well it sure satisfied my appetite. I also ordered the Salad bar and not only did the salad products look great as pictured, but tasted fresh and flavor able. I'm still very impressed with Sizzler. You've come a long way !! read more

Brought my mother in law here from out of town. The server was amazing! Kaylee was so nice and such a pleasure. She was proactive and had extra napkins on the table before we could even ask. Refills were always on the table before our drinks were gone. The managers were very pleasant and kid to my children (even offering to hold our baby). The service was superior. The salad bar was fresh and clean. My mother in law and husband really enjoyed their seabass and burger. Loved our visit and will definitely come back!! read more

We love the food and service, the owners are fantastic as are the managers, especially Richard. I brought a large party (25 ladies) for a birthday party yesterday and they bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. WONT EVER GO BACK!!! I ordered steak and shrimp and a salad bar, with my wife. By the end of our meal that consisted of only one trip to the salad bar, we were told by a manager that we couldn't share ANY of our food. Wtf?!!! Are these the fN food police? Couldn't even finish my meal before getting harassesed by the pencil neck manager. Place is a pile!!!!! I live close by and trust me ill make sure to let everyone I know not to waste there time here!
