Food and services was, Really not to our standards!! We literally paid $179 for lobster that was dried And steak that was not cooked correctly and to be quite fair and honest!! We were seriously disappointed considering I took my "Father-in-law" it was terrible by his own admission that we all thought wasn't even worth coming here at all!!! Overall nothing here was worth $179 dollars!!! Unfortunately wasted all my money and time Not recommended at all!!!!!

Stopped by on the way home, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Placed our orders and found a booth to sit at. The waiter was on point check to make sure our order was correct and if we needed anything else. Overall customer service was a 10. I ordered the steak and unlimited shrimp with a Cherry limeade and my friend ordered the salad bar, it was so good and that cheese toast was amazing.

Even though not busy but still busy enough to be given all her customers with her Exceptional Service!) VERY ORGANIZED & CLEAN! I'm much more impressed with my recent visit to Banning's Sizzler. Our server Albert was on top of it and super friendly, I didn't have to ask for refills. My only problem with this location is that you need to ask for more soup cups, they used to have them available and they've now required guests to request them. I didn't have to worry about plates because our server regularly brought a fresh set after each trip to the salad bar. The dessert bar's soft serve was tasty and the brownies had a good chocolatey flavor. I tried the pound cake and it was solid, a bit generic, but good nonetheless. If you're looking for a great meal off the 10 freeway I'd suggest visiting this Sizzler location. The restrooms aren't that bad and the seating is comfortable. Note: Don't forget to ask for more cheese toast, it's unlimited!

Community Safety Reminder - Please Stay Alert On December 26, while our family was inside the restaurant eating at Sizzler in Banning, our vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. Two passenger windows were shattered, and several personal belongings were taken, including our luggage, photo booth equipment, an iPad, and Christmas gifts for our young daughter while we were on our way home. It was raining heavily and cold that day, and we went straight inside to get out of the weather. We did not notice any posted warning signs at the time, as they were located in the parking area and were not visible to us near the entrance. Had we seen them, we would not have stopped there. What was most difficult was seeing our daughter scared, cold, and shaken afterward. One kind waitress helped by sweeping the broken glass inside the car where our daughter had been sitting, and we are very grateful for her kindness during a stressful moment. I am sharing this only as a community awareness reminder--please take a moment to look around, secure valuables, and stay alert, even during short stops or bad weather. The loss was significant for our family, and we hope this helps prevent it from happening to others. Please stay safe, especially during the holidays. Food was good.

This is one of the best Sizzlers we have visited! The food was all fantastic, the salad bar was so fresh and had a great selection -- The service was fabulous! Christina was beyond attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in regularly. The restaurant was clean, and it seemed every time we looked up someone was refilling a station or cleaning something! We will definitely be back.

I took 31 people to sizzler tonight. They did a great job accommodating us. Thank you Felix for helping me set this up. We will be back!

Haven't been to a Sizzler Restaurant in a very long time. We were in the area and the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed so we decided to come here. My girlfriend got the all you can eat salad bar while I got the Classic Steak Trio. It comes with a 6 ounce sirloin steak, Malibu Chicken and some jumbo shrimp and a side. I got the baked potato. Steak was cooked perfectly and was good. The Malibu Chicken didn't taste like I remember. The shrimp were good. My baked potato was a little on the overdone side. So about a 3 out of five for the meal. The service was good as the wait staff made sure our drinks were kept full and was brought some toast to munc on before our meal arrived. Salad bar was good with salads, pasta, taco bar, spaghetti and fruit and desserts. read more

I was having such a bad day until I came in and was greeted with such a smile and such enthusiasm from Albert was always so generous and kind and helped out a lot when I needed him. He didn't take forever to bring stuff. My food was delicious and it came right off the stove, made it such a comfortable environment that I would come back again. He was a great big help. Wonderful! I havent been to this place over 15 years. We ordered 2 salad bars for $20 and strawberry lemonades. Look how pretty they made the drinks! Totally worth $5 for unlimited lemonades. The salad bar was very clean and food prepped right. We were very pleased. read more

This is the most conservative sizzler I have ever been to they just bring 1 piece of cheese bread to begin with you have to ask the server for a new plate for the salad bar every time I have been to other sizzlers where everything is 10x better the good thing about this location is that it's very clean. Had a wonderful experience at this Sizzler. We decided to stop by on out way home from the Outlets. Nicholas H., took our order, was super pleasant and very professional. Our waitress was also great. The food was amazing, great taste and quality. Place was very clean and the Salad Bar was kept nicely. We have been to this Sizzler several times, the restaurant is always very clean. The food is good, I had the Trio Combo, which had the Steak, Malibu Chicken, and shrimp, very good, the Wife had the Salmon, very tender. But I have to give recognition to our Server Carol, she greeted us with a smile, and a warm welcome, she kept our glasses full at all times, after speaking with her, we found out that she had been at this Sizzlers for 30 years, that is so amazing, her customer service was top notch, kudos to Carol, we will definitely come back and ask for her. This is my new "go to" on the way home from the high desert! We arrived at 8:45pm on Saturday night (Their posted hours are 11am to 9pm) and were so happy that they not only "agreed" to serve us but welcomed inside and treated us very well! I made it a special point to Thank our waitress Amanda for staying late to serve us! The wait staff here is the hardest working crew I have seen in a long time. This is our third stop in as many weeks. If you read my posts, you know I feel the weight of the influence our reviews carry on this platform and I feel that we all spend hard earned money based on the reviews we see here. Went the other day with my friend for salad bar . We noticed there were flies hovering the food bar . Upon serving ourselves fruit there we discovered a bug not a little fruit fly a bug with legs wings idk what it was m my friend luckily saw it before eating the pineapple. So then we start trying to get someone to help us . Two waitresses wall right by so does the manager finally waitress vernase was kind enough to come and see what we needed we told her and she got the manager on duty right away named Eddie. He came over without introduction and said I heard you wanted to speak to someone I said my friend here found a bug in the pineapple and he said I'm sorry about that we'll change out the pineapple and take the plate . That was it not a very sincere apology or sense of understanding why that's so gross and upsetting didn't offer to comp the bill . So then when they took the plate Noone bought her a new plate or silverware . Finally flagged down waitress carol and she was made aware and she apologized for the incident she rushed to get the plate and silverware apologized sincerely and even asked if she wanted her to speak to manager and comp the meal . We said no its not about the money but the principle a server should not have to tell the manager how to handle customer dissapointment. Then vernase and Carol checked on us the rest of the time gave us there names and truly tried to recover the bad experience . Only after all there effort did the manager finally return to our table and apologized again I feel this type of attention to the matter should have been done initially not after as clients we felt unappreciated and after the waitresses managed the damage control . I'm not trying to talk down on the manager that day however maybe additional training on handling customer issues and sanitation would be best and this review is not a direct result of the two waitresses who truly felt bad for the mishab. read more

To me, Sizzler falls somewhere in the middle among chain restaurants. Feeling indecisive about where to eat, my dad suggested Sizzler since he enjoys their unlimited shrimp. When we arrived, it was starting to get busy, and the staff greeted us kindly. Despite my struggle to decide what to order, the staff remained patient and sweet, even as a line formed quickly behind me. Finally settling on the classic trio, I chose the roasted yam as my side and requested my steak medium rare. My dad opted for the steak and unlimited shrimp, choosing his steak to be cooked medium. After paying, we were free to choose a seat, so we settled into a booth near the salad bar. Our waiter was very attentive, quickly fulfilling our requests and refilling our drinks. When the food arrived, I was surprised by the small portions. Considering the price, the portion size did not seem worth it. The steak was cooked to the correct temperature but was extremely small and overly chewy, leaving my jaw sore afterward. The roasted yam, while not bad, was heavily coated in brown sugar butter. The chicken resembled something from a frozen entree, with a strange combination of cheese and ham on top. In contrast, my dad's meal was slightly better; although the steak was still small, the unlimited shrimp was decent, with the server bringing out a larger portion with each round. Overall, the experience was mediocre. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was relatively clean, but the food was average considering the price. Unless you're a die-hard Sizzler fan, I wouldn't recommend eating here for a truly satisfying experience. read more

I've been dining at SIzzler for quite some time. I've been to banning and it was Good. However, I found myself frequenting the updated Moreno Valley location more often. After lunch today all I can say is WOW!!! No need for a fresh look when the banning locations food and service are out of this world. Things really seem to be picking up here. The place is spotless. My steak was perfectly cooked. Having worked in the service industry for many years the PEOPLE are what sets things apart for me. I was amazed that the manager JImmy took the time to come up and talk to me and make me feel welcomed and like an individual not another dollar sign. I can't express how much that means to me... I can't tell you how many places I've gone to where that doesn't even happen when you have an issue! I didn't just have a single server. Everyone was taking care of me. Sabrina and Vernise greeted me with a warm smile and welcome hello. All my needs weren't just met but ANTICIPATED. There wasn't a moment in my dining experience where I was left wanting as someone would come and bring what I needed before I even knew that I needed it. Clean, great food, great service, great management and a fantastic salad bar. What more could you ask for?!? 5 stars... though yelp should consider a 6th for restaurants like this. read more

Normally I don't post bad reviews but this was horrible, all the food was horrible, I even used the a1 sauce for my steak and when I went to pour it mold came out. The service was to be expected because the shortage of staff. I ordered my sons burger medium and it was burn like hockey puck burnt, my steak was extremely tough and not cooked right neither, I also got all you can eat shrimp, I had to ask for my shrimp and when it did come it was cold (my steak didn't come out with shrimp). I got the salad bar, most of everything was empty or close to empty, or cold and the soups looked like they have been sitting all day, the noodles in the ckn noodle where not even noodles it was mush. The sever never came to check on us unless we waved her down and even then you and even then she didn't want to ask us about our food it's like she knew they messed up. I recently visited Sizzler in Banning and I was absolutely impressed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. We opted for the Classic Trio and Steak and Lobster, both of which were rich in flavor. However, what truly set our visit apart was the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Nayeli. Visit this Sizzler in Banning, CA and you'll quickly see why Sizzler is a failing brand. To those too young to remember, Sizzler, like the now-defunct retailer Sears, was once a thriving, nationwide brand. Today it's limited to the West Coast. The West Coast evidently prefers over-priced, mediocre food that will most likely make you sick. This franchisee, in particular, cares more about making a buck than serving their customers in a caring and respectful manner. What more can I say other than, STAY AWAY ... FOR YOUR OWN (physical and financial) HEALTH. You've been warned. read more

My husband and I live in Loma Linda, and we come out to Banning's Sizzler for the quality of food, ambiance and service. Everything, every time is spot on. We had a great experience at Sizzler! The food came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. The salad bar was fully stocked and clean, which made it even better. Our waitress Amanda was amazing--super friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed. She really went above and beyond and made our visit special. What can I say...Excelente service!!! Ask for the manager Jimmy Z :) right as we walked in he greeted us with a smile and kept cracking jokes with us. I'm so happy that they brought back the chicken wings. They aren't as good as they were Pre-COVID, but they're still good. Now, bring back the baked potato with the salad bar meal. Our server DJ was awesome. He was very attentive to our table. Making sure we had what we needed. He's awesome!! Glad to have Sizzlers close to our home. Had family visiting from Canada and Utah. Big group of 20. Lilly Leon was our server and she was great. Shayne Magress was not only our cashier, but a great "host". He made sure our entire group was able to sit with eachother. He had to move numerous tables and chairs to accomplish this. And he did it with a smile. The service rendered at the Banning location by server Amanda was beyond excellent! The salad bar offered a variety of soups, fresh green and pasta salads. This also included fruits, puddings and jello. The salad bar also includes a variety of ice cream flavors and bread pudding. Try it you will enjoy every bite! read more

This is our favorite stop on our way to the desert. Steaks are always cooked to perfection, we absolutely love your salad bar, Yummy!!! Atmosphere is very friendly and fun. I stop with my family on our way back from Los Ángeles to Palm Springs and from the moment we got in to the restaurant the manager "Jimmy" make us feel welcome, the food was perfect and our server superb, she had more tables but make us feel like we were the only ones there. read more
