This review is way overdue. I hired Autumn and her team to watch my cats while we were out of town during the Christmas holiday. They were phenomenal -- cleaned up kitty vomit, communicated with contractors on the property, sent me updates and photos on every visit -- and were also affordable! Additionally, on a separate occasion, I was very ill and unable to walk my dog for a couple of days. I contacted Sitter4Paws in the morning and they sent someone out to walk him by early afternoon. I worked with Ray and he was so patient! from working with my chaotic schedule to book the last minute consultation, to waiting for me when I was running 20 minutes late (sorry again!), and by answering all the questions I had to ensure that I wouldn't have to worry about my dog while I was away. I love Sitter4Paws! I have had other dog walking services and had some minor complaints, but nothing too big or bad. Sitter4Paws has been the best service I have used by far though. The owner, Autumn, came to my house personally to do the initial intake. She is a pro, very thorough and very thoughtful. She was timely, hands on, and makes sure that her staff performs up to the same standards, which are high. Autumn was awesome! She was professional, friendly, and obviously great with animals because two of our cats are big chickens and the fact that they came out to greet her says a lot. She took several photos each time she came to pet-sit, left things clean and tidy, and even brought in a plant left out on our porch for us by our neighbors. This team of sitters and dog walkers are the best! I don't know how we ever lived without them! We don't need to count on friends and family anymore since we always felt bad asking if they'd house sit/dog sit. The prices are more than reasonable for the service you get. We have 2 senior dogs and a puppy. Autumn and her team treat our dogs like they are Kings. They feed and walk them, give them meds, close curtains and tun off lights and even set the house alarm. We always get a "pupdate" via email that has details and pics of the visit. My friends are always in awe at the update emails we get. They are very thorough. We have now employed Sitter4Paws for over 3 years on a regular weekly basis. I have reviewed them multiple times in the past, but noticed I missed expressing our extreme satisfaction all of 2017. Our dog, Chelsea, who is shy and moody, absolutely loves the sitters that come to our house each midday to break up her long day alone. Chelsea enjoys her walks and playtime with Ray or Autumn, or any of the other sitters that are hand-picked for her. Sitter4Paws also goes above and beyond the call of duty. For instance, one day Chelsea was sick and the sitter noticed she was dehydrated. When she reported this to me, I asked her to drop Chelsea at the nearby vet, and she did so without hesitation. Another day, I had the sitter pick up Chelsea at her daycare midday, again, not a problem. If your animal is your fur-baby, you can trust them 100% to treat them as lovingly as you do as well as report, with photos and a detailed update, all that happens during their time together. Sitter4Paws have solved my problem with having to search for a good place to board my kitties. They also use a lockbox system without any hassle to drop off and pick up keys. I've been their customer for about a year. The last time I was away for 10 days and they took good care of my kitties and sent email with the kitties pictures and details of how they did. They described their interactions, the kitties mood each day. I felt so much at ease. One of the litter boxes I use is a self-scooping one but the tray needed change once before my return. They were able to handle changing the tray without any problems. And relatively it is more cost-effective than boarding. My cats didn't need to get stressed out from staying at unfamiliar places. Autumn and Ray are just great. We moved to the SGV area about 7 months ago and have turned to them since for weekly walks and boarding, too. Literally two days after we arrived in the LA area we needed to fly overseas. Autumn worked with us ahead of time so we could do a meet and greet on arrival and be set to go with our doggie happy and cared for despite the brief timeline. During our trip, we got updates with pictures of our dog happily snoozing on couches. He looked quite content, which is what you want to see when you are far from your pet. Trina and Jessica, the girls who walk our dog send a updates, too, so you know when they got in and out and to show pics of our pooch during the walk and after. They always clean the feeding area and refill water bowls. Just weeks ago we had our first baby and our families being far away, we asked Autumn if they might be able to take care of our dog for a few days and on short notice, when I went into labor. They were totally accommodating. We were able to go to the hospital worry free. They picked up our dog just a couple of hours after we emailed them and drop him off just before we came home with the baby. These guys have just been awesome for us and we totally recommend them.
