I had my golden retriever July stay over with Autumm and Ray for 4 days. They keep her in their awesome house! Not the jail. It's like another home for July. When I pick July up, she doesn't even want to go home anymore. She was SOOO HAPPY to be there. And Ray took her out at least 3 times a day, keep E-mail us the picture of her. We picked her up a little late at 9:30pm. But Autumm was totally cool about that. They take care of your BABY like their own babies!!! I feel so lucky that we found Autumn. We adopted a puppy 4 months ago, and needed a dog sitter to visit our puppy twice a day when we were out of the house. Since the first day when we met Autumn, I felt totally comfortable having her take care of our new puppy. Her reports after visits are amazing. She takes the time to email you with exactly what she and our puppy did during her visit, and she sends out pictures along with it. When you see pictures of your happy puppy it gives you total piece of mind. We also had our puppy board with Autumn twice already for several days at a time. Oops. I first posted the review on the LA branch. Didn't know each branch had their own Yelp page. I still kept my review on the LA branch nonetheless cause everyone should know how amazing Autumn is :D Autumn is AMAZING. I use the San Gabriel branch. I used a doggy daycare back in Miami but I couldn't find a daycare near my house that was accommodating to my crazy work schedule here in LA. So I settled for a dog walker. I was initially impressed by how detail Autumn was at the meet and greet about my baby's preferences. Like how many snacks per day, is he afraid of anything on his walks, where are his leashes/toys/cleaning supplies/water bowl kept, etc. And I like the lockbox idea. It's nice that I don't have to worry about getting my key back from them. I LOVE Autumn's daily emails. She sends them right after she finishes her visit and she lets me know exactly if my instructions were carried out(My dog is elderly so I requested very little walk and lots of cuddling/TLC/belly rub) and I was initially worried because Autumn looked like a very active person who can take five dogs up a mountain and be fine. But she always tells me that after my stinky did his bathroom outside, they came immediately back for belly rubs/treats(and she sends me photos of her rubbing his belly). She lets me know that his paws were wiped(special instructions that I requested). I love the photos and I love her comments too. She lets me know that my dog was very excited and she tells me that she enjoys the visit as well. Unfortunately due to financial issue, I may not be able to request the service every day but I plan to continue requesting walks so my stinky can get TLC while I'm at work. read more

We used Autumn, Ray and their team's services for sitting our 3 cats all throughout 2017... we probably traveled in total 7-8 weeks between business and personal travel and we had a wonderful experience with them. We got updates after every visit (our cats require 2X visits per day), and they were able to work with our scaredy kitten who requires daily medicine with no problems. They proved themselves to be trustworthy and reliable, and allowed my wife and I to travel stress-free while feeling connected to what was happening at home. I primarily use Sitter4Paws for 'dog walking' services since both me and my husband are away from home at work at least 8 hours during the day. We have a young puppy who isn't completely vaccinated and isn't allowed outside on walks, but that doesn't stop Autumn and Ray in coming over to check on our puppy, clean up his play area, refresh his water and food and give him some love and attention! They are incredibly meticulous in following my directions so that our puppy can have a consistent routine. After a visit, I always receive a detailed update on the visit along with pictures! They always do such a great job at making me feel at ease while at work. Autumn and Ray went out of their way to accommodate our puppy on an overnight stay despite their policy on not accepting dogs who aren't fully vaccinated. They toured me around their home, introduced me to their pets and showed me exactly where our puppy was going to spend his day. They are a great team and truly love and care for pets. Puppy came home the next morning happy and exhausted (probably from all of the playing he did) along with a new toy they bought him! :D Overall, Autumn and Ray are highly recommended. I heard about this type of service and didn't know it even existed. What a great concept where your pets can be in the comforts of their own surroundings rather than being brought to a kennel that they're not familiar with. Autumn was so warm & friendly from the moment I met her for the consultation. Many notes were taken and she walked me through the whole website to update our pets' profiles as I had many details to share, given I had a sick cat they had to tend to. I know this happens, but the fact that this scenario happened with us makes it more real and the situation was handled very delicately and with much compassion. I was dealing with a very sick cat, and on top of that, we had to leave early unexpectedly and Autumn was so gracious with the details and setting "what if" scenarios if anything more serious happened to our sick cat, Xochitl, while we were away. Autumn, Erika and Danielle were wonderful with taking care of both our cats, Xochitl & Lulu, taking numerous pictures, keeping the cat areas immaculate and even attempting to feed Xochitl her meds, taking in the mail, cleaning the litterbox DAILY, watering the outdoor plants, and playing, petting and talking with the cats to let them know they're loved. Unfortunately, shortly upon our return home, our sweet Xochitl was too ill and suffering from the symptoms of her cancer and we had to say 'goodbye' to her. However, I know she was being well taken care of and I have many pictures of Xochitl that I will treasure from the times that these wonderful staff provided during their daily visits. These mean a great deal to me! Much gratitude and special thanks to Autumn for all your compassion, empathy and support from the moment we first met, as I have never used this type of service before. She made me feel very comfortable about everything ranging from my hesitancy about the lockbox to the safety and providing the utmost comfort to both my kitties during our absence. Sitter4Paws were absolutely wonderful when I vacationed across the country over the 2016 holiday break. They sent an agent a few weeks early, to get to know my kitties and what they'd need to do for them each day. While I was gone, they sent daily emails about their visits, including a detailed description of what they did, and photos of them keeping my kitties happy and well cared for. Amazingly, my little Sunny, who is usually a major scaredy cat around strangers, warmed up to her caretakers within just a few days. We've had Autumn and Ray take care of of our two kitties (Julius and Yoda) - once for a short 5 day jaunt, and recently for a longer trip out of the country. Both times we've felt totally comfortable that they'd receive lots of love and attention, and both times we've come home to two happy kitties - who'd I'd wager enjoyed it just as much! As we'd never used a pet sitter before we didn't know what to expect - instead opting to board our two boys but feeling guilty the whole trip for essentially leaving them in a cage. Autumn did our home visit and put is instantly as ease - she was incredibly thorough, taking detailed notes as we did a walkthrough of the house. Julius and Yoda even warmed up to her within minutes - I was impressed how she even took the time to get down on the floor to give the treats and loves. Before our visit we received a full write up on the notes asking us to take a look to make sure there was nothing we'd missed, and we were amazed at the attention to detail. To make use feel extra comfortable Autumn explained their setup regarding having a backup sitter, and that our pets were covered under their insurance whilst we were away. They even brought in the mail and rotated the lights, making the house looked lived in. During our trip we were delighted to receive email updates after each visit giving a rundown of what they had done, and a selection of photos of our kitties - some of them were really great pictures too, ones to keep! It was such a relief to see that they were happy and being well looked after, leaving us free to enjoy our vacation. TL;DR - Autum and Ray are outstanding. They'll make both you and your pets feel looked after during your trip. We couldn't have asked for better pet sitters! We noticed the Sitter4Paws car parked near our house so we called and arranged to have them take care of our two cats. We have been boarding them when we are out of town. Besides being expensive the cats always need a couple of days to recover. Ray did a great job, and sent pictures while he was playing with the cats. Oh Yelp, why not SIX stars for above and beyond? I left my big ol' blue Dobie Lilli here while I was out of town for a month, and I couldn't have felt more comfortable with the arrangement. Autumn and Ray provided the best care a doggie mom could have hoped for, taking her right into their home as if she was theirs. They have the best set-up, up in the foothills of the Sierra Madres for optimum hiking and walks, a fun "doghouse" with lots of stairs and levels, and a midsize yard. Home is on a remote cul-de-sac so no fear of traffic. And as much as I missed Lil, I never felt too far away, as Autumn sent nightly updates with wonderful pictures of my girl and the other pups and kittens having fun together. Even eating, 1's and 2's reports, which are important, ya know? I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my pets back for return visits, and have already personally recommended Sisters4Paws SGV to a few of my friends. i had to leave town for a few days for a relative's wedding, and was faced with a conundrum of who will take care of my dogs - all of my usual dogsitter friends/relatives were either going to be at the same place i was, or had other vacation plans. i found Sitter4Paws SGV thanks to Yelp, and emailed the business to inquire more about their rates, services and availability. i was very impressed by Autumn from the very first contact. we emailed back and forth a few times before she actually met my "boys" - two exuberant great danes. each time, her replies were prompt, thorough, and upbeat. by the time we settled on an appointment to get us all acquainted, i was excited to meet her! during the visit, Autumn asked a lot of questions about their routine, their favorite toys, etc; and she made it a point to play with them during our orientation. she followed up within day with an email detailing all the notes she took, and asked me to confirm that everything was correct (it was :-) ) i booked her services (30 minute visits / 2x daily for 5 days) a few weeks in advance, and was impressed that she checked in a few days prior to her start date to confirm that we were "good to go". after every visit, Autumn emailed me a summary, along with photos, and advised me of anything that might be a concern - all minor, luckily! (like, one of my boys loves to shred paper, and a piece of mail fell victim). i arrived home to find my boys healthy and happy - thanks Autumn!! i'll DEFINITELY call her again the next time i need a dog sitter! read more

I've cancelled and missed out on many chances to go on a vacation due to my two furry kids, a shiba and a yorkie. They are not the problem. The problem is I can never find someone that I feel comfortable enough to care for them. I didn't expect any dog sitters/ pet sitters to do any of that. She also helped keep my place clean by cleaning after my dogs and things that she used for the dogs. Autumn is the best pet sitter I've ever had. It feels like dropping my dog off with an old friend. She loves August like she's her own pet. Before finding Autumn, I used to say I wish my dog could text me and tell me about her day but Autumn actually sends me up-dates and photos so I'm always up to date on how my girl is doing. She's also very mindful about curating a safe environment for her over-night pets by making sure she only takes dogs that are "buddies". It's like doggie camp. Augustine now has regular friends she plays with at Autumns. Ray is great too. He seems to have a very calm personality that relaxes the dogs while Autumn brings the fun and energy. Jessica & Janna are the best! This service is incredible. Its so easy to book everything online, see the status of the dogistters. For some reason my dogs really LOVED these sitters despite being somewhat stand offish on a regular basis. They were able to sit despite a last minute CHRISTMAS booking. I then got sick and had to add time, and they didnt mind. They left thorough reports about their visits with pictures and when I came home my dogs looked fat and happy as if I had never left and they wanted to run away with the pet sitters. read more
