Just no. Arrived at bus terminal at 10, was told we would definitely get on the next bus at 11. 6 busses later...we didn't. We kept getting pushed back in line, or told, "the next bus, the next bus," until we finally considered hitchhiking or taking a collectivo. I would have paid $100USD to any person to take us back to the city. So rude, poor work ethic, and truly no cares in the world. No apologies. Really uncool.

At first we were going to rent a car to make it out there but it didn't workout and it was for the best! Thinking about it now, driving and parking in downtown would have been a headache and driving isnt even necessary in a place where everything is walking distance. As we arrived to our hotel in downtown Oaxaca our first mission was to find a shuttle/van service that went to Pochutla where we would find a taxi and head to our final destination, Mazunte. We first discovered a business called Eclipse transportation a few blocks from the downtown area but my mom didn't feel too confident so we kept searching. We then found Lineas Unidas and read their great Google/Facebook reviews so we called and got the info on shuttle departures. That same night we requested a taxi at our hotel and at 2am we made our way to the station. The station had a waiting area which had seats and seemed very professional. The staff also is professional in uniform working from computers. They have seating charts of the shuttle and print you a small ticket with your seat number. Our driver both ways was highly experienced and drove very safely. The only thing i wish they did was emphasize on how curvy the roads are and encourage the passengers to consider medicine. The roads are insane! like a never ending roller coaster. If prepared with medicine and water one should do just fine. All stations of pick up/drop off have taxis so very easy to get around :) Mazunte was enchanting, life changing, and eye opening! Gracias chavos por ser parte de un gran momento de mi vida.
