Nicolo was slick and helpful as we were buying but had to chase delivery and fitting which was not what he promised when buying. The product was damaged. the response was it's part of the production process and they can't replace it because it's not in production anymore. But you can return it for a charge of €60 leaving us with holes in our. newly painted wall.
