I thought he had a genuine honesty about him. He was easy to work with. He communicated well. He gave me a fair price, and- he hauled it away! There Seams to be a Pattern Here…read more When my two nephews were each born, my sister wanted personalized keepsake cubbies for them with embroidered birth stats. We were ecstatic to find the LRE Co. after bobbin in and out of many other stores (including Etsy) for comparisons. We were captured by LRE's expansive choices of stuffed animals from moose and cows to baby turtles and sloths (who doesn't love a sloth?)--a virtual zoo! Their embroidery designs and ribbons were also impressive, and at $39.95 per cubbie, the pricing seemed reasonable. I ordered a giraffe for one nephew and a hedgehog for the other a couple years later; both were wildly adorable. I found the ordering process to be more sewphisticated than that of other sites, with proofs being sent to me for approval before order finalization, and fantastic communication throughout. The finished products far exceeded our expectations, with the stuffed animals being quite a bit larger than we expected, and the embroidery on point. Overall this company excels in all categories: customer service, ease of ordering, selection, and quality. I give it 5 rounds of epaul-aus-ettes!
