About 6 months ago I…read moretook my husband's laptop to get it fixed, they ordered the new piece and assured us it will work properly and it did, but only for a couple weeks, it still works just not 100%. We also took a charger to get it fixed and again they promised it would work properly with the computer, and again it did but only for a couple days, it fried a piece in my computer, I had to take both the charger & computer. They said the new piece was defective and now I had to pay the shipping of the new part. My computer after that doesn't hold the charge and I need a new battery, and of course they argued that they wouldn't fix my computer unless I paid again. I did took it to another tech and he said it was their fault, so now I know where not to take my computer again.

They did a great job at a very fair price. My computer had crashed (silly me..I followed MS advice…read moreand "upgraded" my 2011 vintage Dell laptop from Win7 to Win10). They put it back to working condition overnight. Some months later they repaired the screen on my iPad Mini. This price was not so great or the service so speedy, since the great bulk of the cost is the screen not the labor, and it had to be trucked in from Mex City. I think there is a heavy tax on such imports here in MX. The English spoken here is much better than my Spanish and generally gets by. If necessary you can use Google Translate in the shop.
