He was extremely helpful with planning and responded immediately when I had any questions. He was also flexible and able to work with our schedules, which was very important as we are out of town, in a different time zone, and busy as most people planning a wedding are-he made everything very easy. He took the time to share his knowledge and experience, review the sequence of events, and get to know our style, which we greatly appreciated. These discussions gave me peace of mind during wedding planning (which is priceless) and made for a seamless wedding reception. He was able to read and get a feel for the mood throughout the reception and utilize music accordingly, whether that meant playing a slow song for people to dance to or turning it up a little bit to get the energy flowing! Jim is on time, prepared, responsible, and an absolute joy to work with. Aside from being a phenomenal DJ, Jim is also an all around great person. I have no reservations in saying that Jim will exceed your expectations in all facets. We have already been asked by two of our guests who are currently wedding planning for Jim's contact information. If you have the chance to work with Jim-take it!!!!

Tia called me several times before our wedding to make sure our cocktails were exactly what we were hoping for and ensured that every detail down to the florals on Pearl (the trailer) matched our colors and wedding theme! They were so kind as to provide us with all the garnishes and mixers for our drinks as well so the only thing we needed to provide was the alcohol! They also made us a personalized menu board that we got to take home and have to remember such a special part of our big day! The shot cart was an absolute hit and was something everyone is still talking about a month post wedding lol! They provided us with the vodka we wanted to fill the entire shot cart too and it was more than enough for our entire wedding to have one if they wanted to! I seriously cannot recommend them enough, not only for their total professionalism, but for the kindness and enthusiasm that they showed since we met them day one! Thank you Tia and Shahid for being such a big part of our day and for all of your help! We couldn't have done it without you!!!

During our initial meeting, we sat down with Shaun at Panera Bread and I was sort of star-struck to actually meet "Dumb" from Rover's Morning Glory since I have been a loyal fan of the show since the very beginning!   He was very cool and professional in person, thoroughly explaining all of the services he offered and providing us with pricing sheets and everything else we needed to consider him for our big day.  He gave us his availability for the following calendar year so we had an idea before picking a wedding date.  We ended up using Shaun's services for both our ceremony and reception.  His prices were very reasonable and his rave reviews on wedding sites had us convinced!  He was very accommodating with our song choices and even did custom fade ins/outs for a few of them per our request.  Since he's been DJing weddings for so many years, he was very helpful with making suggestions on certain aspects of the wedding to help things go more smoothly.  When it came time for dancing, the floor was lit up and the music was booming! He did great with engaging with our guests and all of our friends loved him! All in all, our wedding day was great and we couldn't have done it without Shaun's help.  He kept us on track through the evening and was in contact with myself and my wife throughout the night as needed. Don't hesitate to contact Shaun to DJ your wedding or any other type of event! He'll be sure that your evening is a memorable one! Thanks, Shaun!

They had two rooms, one smaller area in the front for appetizers and drinks, and the dining room further in, that easily fit 18-20 tables. This is my first Western style wedding that was served family style, and I liked it! I thought the chicken was too dry, and could really have used much more gravy, but the beef was good, and I loved the horseradish sauce that went with it. The service was excellent, and the bar tenders delightful. They also knew what the names of the drinks you may ask for were.... I've been to some places west of Philly where they didn't know what a Cuba Libre was made with. I appreciate knowledgeable bartenders. Also, the bathroom is nice, and they equipped the women's rooms with pads, tampons, and q-tips. That was a nice touch.

We met with Pete back in January of 2018 and within minutes he had blown the other DJs we interviewed out of the water. His passion for creating a magical day for our wedding was evident within the first fifteen minutes of talking to him. Throughout the entire planning process, Pete was responsive, professional, and the definition of customer service. Troy Entertainment provided the uplighting, the DJ services for the reception, the absolutely gorgeous mirror photo booth, and a custom monogram. In addition, there were flawless wireless microphones for the reception toasts and speeches, great dance floor lighting, and even a phenomenal light up jacket that one of my groomsmen ended up wearing for a lengthy period of time. At the meeting before the wedding we were informed we would be working with Kim Troy for the reception, and let me tell you she was an absolute gem. She took the time to not only understand our wants and desires, but even recommended an uplighting color change the week of the wedding that we would've never even considered. For the wedding itself, the entire reception turned out flawless with Kim's announcing and pronunciations, and she did a GREAT job reading the dance floor, accommodating our Italian music requests, and making sure every one had a blast. She even took a last-minute announcement for my mother and I before the mother-son dance that I know made my mom's day. The photo booth came with a guest-signed guest book next to their photos and this will be a keepsake for years. The mirror photo booth was a huge hit! There are probably 50 more positive things I could say about Troy Entertainment, but I am confident that there were no better DJs in the state of Ohio for our wedding. If you're considering anyone but Troy Entertainment, you are making a mistake. Pete & Kim - thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you helped turn our sporadic ideas of fun and beauty into a beautifully crafted masterpiece that we will be able to remember for the rest of our lives.

She came over to the head table several times to check with the groom and I about how we felt the night was going and handled last minute change and surprises like a champ. Thanks to a concert downtown, we had to start the reception about an hour later than we had originally planned, but she kept us going to make sure we got through everything without feeling rushed. The online forms that Troy uses really help to cement your plans and Kimberly called before the wedding to make sure she had pronunciations of names right. I would 100% recommend Troy Entertainment to anyone having an event in the Cleveland area.
