This beautiful Roman Catholic church is dedicated to Saint Catherine of Alexandria so it's either St. Catherine's Church or Sint Catharinakerk. A church on this site dates back to 1340 and has been burned and bombed a number of times as religions and invaders came and went. The most recent was when it was confiscated by the French in the 18th century before it was returned to the Catholics in 1798.
This current structure was built between 1861 and 1867. It a neo-Gothic design with two tall spires. They're the same height but are different designs.
Sadly, the building was locked on this Saturday afternoon or I would have done a tour. The stained glass windows were replaced after WWII and look great from the outside.
