I wish I could say something nice. They prominently display a dress my wife likes. We enter and it takes 10 mins to find someone we can ask where we may find it. Such person could not care less. She points vaguely "if we have it it must be somewhere there". Actually, she was wrong - the had it, on a different floor, but not in my wife's size. We went down, checked the window - and bang! there was it. Sadly, they can not sell stuff from the window. All in all, almost an hour wasted in a customer-unfriendly atmosphere.
