I have a back injury so can no longer safely do this myself. First snowfall of the year - one guy showed up, plowed half of the driveway, didn't touch the sidewalks and left. Next day, more snow, no one shows up. Then I get a bill for their services! Finally the boss responded and apologized, said there was a mixup and they would do the rest of the month at no charge. Since then every time it snows, no one shows up. I email, I text, I call and every time he says "oh ya, you're on the list, I'll send someone". But he never does. This is beyond frustrating, it's disrupting my business and causing further injury. Stay far away from this company!

Dave is not a professional employer and his abuse is very difficult to watch, so I wouldn't recommend this company I am a elderly person and I was struggling seeing this and to terrified to intervene as his violence against his employees continued.
