If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Hiring Chelsea as our wedding coordinator…read morewas one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. From the moment she stepped in, she brought a sense of calm, organization, and expertise that I didn't even realize we needed. She thought of details I never would have considered, solved problems before I even knew they existed, and made sure every part of the day flowed seamlessly. On a day that could easily feel overwhelming, she allowed me to actually be present and enjoy every moment. Knowing she was behind the scenes handling timelines, vendors, setup, and all the little moving pieces gave me complete peace of mind. What truly sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares. She didn't just coordinate our wedding she invested herself in making sure it was exactly what we envisioned and more. Every question was answered, every concern was handled, and every detail was executed beautifully. Because of her, our wedding day was not only smooth and stress free, but truly magical. I can honestly say our day would not have been the same without her. If you're considering hiring a wedding coordinator, do yourself a favor and book her. It will be one of the best decisions you make.
