My daughter had her 5th birthday party at our home and it was a Disney Princess theme. We requested to have Cinderella come and I was so happy to hear that Gwen comes too so she can support the characters/princesses and to coordinate the party activities. I was so pleasantly surprised when she told me she'll dress up as the fairy godmother upon request. So, of course, we asked her to dress up too. We had 8 girls and we chose the hour package with the girls getting their glitter makeup and nails done plus Cinderella would sing a few songs with them, play games and take photos with all the girls. Gwen reassured me to sit back and enjoy the party. It was so nice to have her coordinate everything while they were there and it allowed me to take it all in. I loved the grand entrance they made to meet all the girls and the special attention they gave to my daughter. At the end, they sang happy birthday and gave my daughter a sweet gift bag full of goodies. It was everything I hoped for! My daughter is still talking about how fun it was to have Cinderella and the fairy godmother come over...a dream come true! Never recieved a call the day before. I reach out to Life of the Party at 5pm to state my concerns saying they would reach out to him. Got back with me he would call me soon, he had a busy day. Still never recieved a phone call. Reached back out to Life of the Party the morning of to get his number and reached out to him directly. Called and texted with no answer and as the time got closer I kept calling and he started to decline my phone calls. I received my deposit back but this by far the most disappointing booking I have ever done. I ended up having to go to the birthday party and explain why we no longer had a surprise for the birthday girl.
