We bought 1 truck and on separate times purchased 2 other cars from Phillips in Frankfort. We purchased the tire wheel warranty for all cars. We took our truck in and let them know we had the warranty. Found out they didn't go through the proper steps THEIR MISTAKE, and now the tire isn't covered! Spoke to the general manager and he said " sorry you must not have told us that, nothing we can do" really. I purchased the warranty, first words out of my mouth when I told them I had an issue. The worst customer service I have ever experienced by staff and manager ! DONT GO THERE
